As a Senior Data Scientist, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, AI solutions, and production-grade algorithms that create measurable value for the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategic needs into predictive models and actionable insights, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in technical decision-making regarding data and platforms.

What Youll Bring (Required Skills & Experience):

• Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience developing machine learning models with proven business impact.
• 5+ years of programming experience in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Strong expertise in multivariate statistical modeling (e.g., regression, clustering, PCA, time-series forecasting, Bayesian methods) and machine learning techniques (Random Forest, SVM, boosting, bagging, regularization, etc.).
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, R Shiny, Looker, Streamlit, or similar).
• Experience in operationalizing end-to-end ML applications.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with neural networks, deep learning, and reinforcement learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and/or Recommendation Engines.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and modern data architecture.

Contracting Modality: Contractor
Location: Remote (Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Paraguay)

• Develop and operationalize production-ready algorithms and ML solutions that solve real business problems.
• Apply data science, machine learning, and AI techniques to extract value from diverse internal and external datasets in cloud environments.
• Build end-to-end data science pipelines, including feature engineering, model evaluation, and visualization.
• Translate complex data and methodologies into strategic insights and recommendations, automating implementation when possible.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating alignment and engagement.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to drive innovation and team performance.
• Mentor and support data professionals, analysts, and ML engineers in best practices and solution design.
• Represent the organization by promoting data science and AI through community engagement, networking, talks, and publications.
• Perform additional related responsibilities as assigned.
