Key Responsibilities & Skills
Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) with hands-on expertise in Argentina and Chile payroll processing and statutory compliance.
In-depth knowledge of local payroll legislation, taxation, social security, and labor regulations for Argentina and Chile.
Experience in payroll configuration, schema/rule customization, payroll validation, and issue resolution within SuccessFactors.
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) integration, payroll reconciliation, and end-to-end payroll support.
Experience in data migration, payroll testing, and support across multiple payroll cycles.
Strong stakeholder management, client communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of SAP HR/HCM Payroll and multinational payroll environments.
Preferred Experience
5+ years of experience in SAP Payroll/SuccessFactors Payroll.
Experience supporting multinational payroll operations.
Prior experience working with global payroll transformation programs is a plus.
