About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Lead MuleSoft Technical Consultant to join a global technology consulting team delivering enterprise integration and API solutions for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
This is a highly technical, client-facing role for a professional who is passionate about enterprise integration, API architecture, and cloud technologies. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable MuleSoft solutions, working closely with architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate combines deep MuleSoft expertise with strong leadership skills, helping define integration strategies while mentoring development teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Design scalable APIs following API-led Connectivity principles and industry best practices.
- Develop reusable integration assets, connectors, and DataWeave transformations.
- Integrate enterprise applications including CRM, ERP, HRIS, data platforms, cloud services, and legacy systems.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure high standards for performance, scalability, security, resiliency, observability, and operational excellence.
- Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and implementation planning.
- Define and promote integration standards, governance, and API best practices across projects.
- Guide CI/CD implementation and deployment automation using tools such as Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Support modernization initiatives by migrating legacy integration platforms to MuleSoft.
- Mentor developers, perform code reviews, and provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and support continuous improvement of integration services.
- Participate in estimation, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise integration solutions.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production applications using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

- Salesforce
- SAP
- Workday
- Snowflake

- Microsoft Dynamics
- Other enterprise business applications
- Working knowledge of Java and/or Spring Boot for custom integration components.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, security, authentication (OAuth, JWT, TLS), and API governance.
- Advanced English communication skills with experience collaborating directly with international clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (highly preferred).
- Additional MuleSoft certifications (Integration Architect, Platform Architect, etc.).
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies (Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ).
- Experience with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to API management strategies, monitoring, observability, and DevSecOps practices.
- Previous experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
