About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of complex enterprise workflows related to contracts, commissions and financial reporting.

You will work within a cross-functional product team, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Designers and operational stakeholders. Your mission will be to transform complex processes into simple, intuitive and scalable digital experiences for web and native mobile platforms.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on designer who combines strategic thinking, strong research capabilities and exceptional interaction design skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end design process for high-impact product initiatives, from early discovery and concept development through delivery and iteration.

  • Design enterprise workflows related to contracts, commissions and financial reporting.

  • Translate complex business requirements and workstreams into simple, intuitive user experiences.

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and production-ready, high-fidelity designs.

  • Contribute reusable components and patterns to the existing design system.

  • Conduct user research to understand behaviors, identify pain points and validate design decisions.

  • Use analytics, customer insights, competitive research and product data to measure and improve design outcomes.

  • Partner with Product Managers to define product strategy, priorities and roadmap initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and ensure high-quality implementation.

  • Present design solutions, explain decisions and build alignment with stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Ensure accessibility, usability and visual consistency across web, iOS and Android experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design or a related discipline.

  • Advanced English communication skills, minimum C1.

  • Proven experience simplifying complex workflows and enterprise-level products.

  • Strong user research, storytelling, interaction design and prototyping skills.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Figma and modern product design tools.

  • Deep understanding of current web and mobile UI patterns.

  • Experience designing responsive web and native mobile products.

  • Strong knowledge of design systems and reusable component libraries.

  • Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly, persuasively and concisely.

  • Strong product thinking and customer-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders.

  • Solid copywriting and UX writing skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing enterprise financial tools.

  • Experience with contracts, commissions, payments, accounting or financial reporting products.

  • Previous experience working on complex B2B or operational platforms.

  • Familiarity with real estate technology or transaction management products.
