Job Title: Oracle FUSION Financial Consultant (Training & Change Management)
Role Summary
We are looking for an Oracle FUSION Financial Consultant (Semi-Senior or Senior level) to join a high-impact ERP implementation project within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This role sits within the project's Change Management unit. The main objective is to assist and empower end-users during the platform deployment by designing high-quality training support materials and offering functional guidance. The ideal candidate possesses flawless navigation skills within the product and a solid conceptual grasp of Oracle Cloud Financial applications.
Key Information:
- Location: Remote (Open to candidates located in Argentina and Colombia).
- Time Dedication: Full-Time.
- Project Duration: Estimated 2 months.
- Language Requirement: English Level B2 or higher (Medium +) — Fluent communication is required for alignment.
- Seniority: Semi-Senior / Senior.
Core Responsibilities
1. Training Support Material Development
- Collaborate closely with the project’s internal functional team to translate system setups into clear educational assets.
- Design, build, and update comprehensive training support materials customized for end-users across different financial workflows.
- Structure clear procedural documentation and step-by-step navigation guides for Oracle FUSION Financial modules.
2. End-User Assistance & Change Management
- Provide active assistance in training end-users to ensure a smooth adoption and seamless transition to the new ERP platform.
- Demonstrate perfect navigation within the product, answering user queries regarding day-to-day operational transactions.
- Support the Change Management team in identifying potential user adoption gaps or operational friction points during training execution.
Required Qualifications (Hard Skills)
- ERP Domain Expertise: Proven experience as a Functional Consultant, Key User, or Training Specialist working with Oracle FUSION Cloud Financials.
- Product Navigation: Advanced, hands-on familiarity and flawless navigation capabilities within Oracle FUSION's user interface and financial environments.
- Financial Processes Core: General knowledge of core Oracle FUSION financial modules (such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Assets, or Cash Management).
- Asset Creation: Demonstrated ability to develop structured training content, system documentation, or user manuals for complex software deployments.
- Industry Frameworks: Previous exposure to or background working within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector is a plus.
