What were looking for
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to make the marketing engine
reliable, measurable, and scalable, enabling the marketing team to ship faster with
confidence. You will lead marketing operations day-to-day with support from an
external vendor and drive campaign execution, lead-flow orchestration, KPI reporting,
and MarTech strategy.

Responsibilities

Marketing Operations Leadership
Enable the marketing team to run multi-channel campaigns with reliable data and processes.
Manage marketing operations routines and partner with an external vendor to ensure high standards of execution.

Process & Automation
Map ideal marketing operations processes and build automation to accomplish campaign and initiative goals.
Document MOPs processes and advocate thoughtful, well-managed change. 

Cross-Functional Alignment
Partner with Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams to align operational execution with business goals.
Collaborate to design and implement workflows that support campaign orchestration and performance measurement.

Reporting & Analytics
Keep reporting front-and-center to provide visibility into campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
Work with stakeholders to build and optimize dashboards and KPIs.

Job Skills & Qualifications
Required
3+ years of marketing operations experience in the B2B space; SaaS experience preferred.
Hands-on, day-to-day experience in the administration of a major marketing automation platform (Pardot preferred).

Salesforce experience from a marketing user perspective, including building reports and dashboards.

Experience managing MarTech tools (e.g., Dreamdata, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Zapier, Clay, etc.).
Experience tracking and presenting campaign results to teams and stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with lead generation processes, including lead stages and orchestration.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS basics.

Nice to have
Hands-on experience building workflows that utilize AI.
Email deliverability best practices (sender reputation, IP/domain warmup, feedback loops).
Advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills (or other programming languages)

Others
English Level: Fluent (C1/C2) is mandatory.
Reside in Buenos Aires or nearby.
Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings or team events.
