Job Title: Recruiter (Account Manager)

Role Purpose

The Recruiter (Account Manager) is responsible for ensuring client success and operational excellence. This role keeps the hiring process on track through clear communication, proactive updates, and the removal of bottlenecks to ensure all recruitment goals are met.

Position Summary

You will manage the day‑to‑day relationship for assigned client accounts, leading kickoff meetings, weekly status updates, and calibration sessions. As a hybrid leader, you will provide data-backed insights to the team while also recruiting on niche or critical roles to set the standard for quality and speed.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to: Director of Recruitment.
  • Key Partners: VP of Operations, Recruiters, Manager of Accounts, Recruitment Marketing, and Hiring Managers.

Key Results & KPIs

  • Documentation: Ensure 100% of weekly status calls are documented with assigned owners and deadlines.
  • Speed to Market: Proactively manage "first slate" delivery to avoid delays.
  • Risk Mitigation: Analyze funnel data and scorecards before every call to identify and escalate risks (pay, panel, scheduling) same-day.
  • Data Storytelling: Deliver at least one clear, data-backed insight in every client review.

Core Responsibilities

1. Client Success & Strategic Communication

  • Lead intake, kickoff, and calibration meetings.
  • Define "must-have" criteria, decision rules, and response-time expectations.
  • Facilitate weekly status meetings, setting agendas and managing escalations.

2. Delivery Leadership & Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Personally recruit on critical or niche roles to establish quality benchmarks.
  • Balance workload across the recruiting team and remove operational blockers.
  • Ensure a healthy candidate funnel and timely delivery of initial candidate slates.

3. Insights, Reporting & Analytics

  • Publish and present weekly client scorecards focusing on funnel conversion and ROI.
  • Lead sections of Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
  • Provide trend analysis, forecasting vs. demand, and actionable strategy plans.

4. Scope, Budget & Compliance

  • Monitor project scope vs. delivery and initiate change orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate recruitment marketing budgets and channel ROI with Operations.
  • Enforce ATS documentation standards and structured interview processes.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and privacy regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in Recruiting, Account Management, or Consulting.
  • Industry Background: Proven experience in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or Agency environments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success managing senior-level stakeholders and closing high-complexity roles.
  • Data Literacy: Ability to turn recruitment metrics into strategic decisions and "data storytelling."

Technical Skills & Tools

  • Recruitment Tech: Expert-level use of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM platforms.
  • Analytics: Proficiency in Dashboards and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Productivity: Expert in collaboration and presentation tools (MS Teams, PowerPoint, Slack).
  • HR Ops: Familiarity with background check and onboarding systems.

  • 30 Days: Establish weekly status cadence and baseline metrics/risks.
  • 60 Days: Improve first-slate speed and deliver three actionable insights.
  • 90 Days: Achieve 85%+ SLA compliance on all roles and stabilize forecast accuracy.

Operating Rhythm

  • Weekly: Client status reports, scorecard reviews, and resource balancing.
  • Monthly: MBRs focused on trends, blockers, and plan-vs-actual performance.
  • Quarterly: QBRs focusing on long-term strategy, ROI, and future forecasting.
