Salesforce Marketing & Data Cloud Administrator

Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing & Data Cloud Administrator to manage, optimize, and support multi-cloud environments. This role focuses on data unification, audience segmentation, multi-channel campaign activation, automation, reporting, and high-level user support. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on administration experience and the ability to turn business needs into scalable, well-governed CRM solutions.

Key Information:

  • Location: Argentina (Remote or Hybrid).

  • Schedule: Full-time (EST time zone overlap preferred).

  • Core Focus Areas: Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Core Responsibilities

1. Data Cloud & Architecture Initiatives

  • Data Engineering: Lead Data Cloud initiatives related to data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and customer data unification.

  • Data Management: Create and manage Data Streams, Data Model Objects, Calculated Insights, and identity resolution rules.

  • Segmentation: Build audience segments and support customer activation use cases using unified customer data for advanced targeting and personalization.

2. Marketing Cloud & Campaign Orchestration

  • Platform Management: Configure and manage Marketing Cloud tools, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Audience Builder, and CloudPages.

  • Lifecycle Marketing: Build and maintain automated customer journeys, triggered communications, segmentation logic, and multi-channel campaign workflows.

3. Sales Cloud & Platform Governance

  • CRM Administration: Support Sales Cloud administration, including user setup, permissions, platform security, reports, dashboards, and workflow automation.

  • Governance & Quality: Maintain strict data quality, platform governance, documentation, and change management standards.

  • Security & Scalability: Ensure all configurations follow platform best practices, security standards, release readiness, and long-term scalability goals.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & User Support

  • Requirements Gathering: Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce enhancements.

  • Troubleshooting: Provide platform user support, troubleshoot system issues, and help cross-functional teams better leverage marketing automation tools.

  • Integrations: Collaborate with technical teams and integration partners on Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud connections with source systems and downstream platforms.

Required Qualifications (Hard Skills)

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven Salesforce administration experience.

  • Multi-Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience across Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

  • Data Cloud Capabilities: Demonstrated experience with data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation workflows.

  • Marketing Cloud Automation: Deep knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, and end-to-end campaign orchestration.

  • Sales Cloud Customization: Solid background supporting Sales Cloud configuration, data reporting, dashboards, user enablement, and day-to-day administration.

  • Analytics & Governance: Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, customer insights, process discipline, and platform governance.

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification is highly preferred.

  • Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce release management and environment coordination.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy considerations, and CRM operating best practices.
