The Mission: Architecting Data IntegrityWe are looking for an Infrastructure Asset Management Specialist to lead the integrity, accuracy, and operational effectiveness of our enterprise asset repository. In this role, you will go beyond data entry—you will be the guardian of our infrastructure's "Single Source of Truth," ensuring that every asset is traceable, compliant, and optimized for strategic decision-making.What You’ll Lead and Build

• Asset Governance & Integrity: Maintain a comprehensive, real-time inventory of enterprise infrastructure, ensuring every record is enriched with ownership, classification, and lifecycle data.
• Automated Ingestion & Integration: Architect and oversee automated discovery tools and data feeds to ensure seamless, high-fidelity asset population across the ecosystem.
• Reconciliation & Quality Control: Lead complex reconciliation activities across CMDB, Procurement, and Finance systems to eliminate inconsistencies, data gaps, and redundancies.
• Lifecycle Strategy: Manage the full asset journey—from initial deployment and warranty tracking to proactive refresh cycles and End-of-Life (EOL) decommissioning.
• Compliance & Audit Excellence: Ensure infrastructure data adheres to global governance standards and regulatory requirements, acting as the primary lead for audit reporting and evidence gathering.
• Actionable Analytics: Design high-impact dashboards and reports that translate raw asset data into insights regarding trends, risks, and operational efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience managing enterprise-grade infrastructure repositories or CMDB platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
