Integration Architect – Power Platform, Azure & Microsoft Fabric
We are looking for an experienced Integration Architect to design and lead enterprise integration solutions across Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and well-governed architectures that connect applications, data platforms, and business processes across the Microsoft ecosystem.
You will collaborate closely with engineering and business stakeholders, driving technical decisions, defining best practices, and mentoring engineers while ensuring high-quality, compliant, and performant integrations.
Responsibilities

Design and lead integration architectures across Power Apps, Power Automate/Logic Apps, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric.

Build scalable solutions using custom connectors, APIs, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Fabric pipelines and lakehouse.

Define platform governance, environment strategy, DLP policies, and best practices for Power Platform and Fabric.

Implement CI/CD and ALM processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub, including automated deployments and testing.

Ensure security and compliance standards are met, including identity, RBAC, secrets management, private endpoints, and audit controls.

Monitor integrations and data pipelines, setting up alerts, diagnostics, and performance optimization strategies.

Lead technical discussions, architecture design reviews, and decision-making with business and engineering stakeholders.

Mentor engineers and contribute to architecture documentation, runbooks, and reusable templates.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, including leading technical initiatives or teams.

Strong expertise in Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, solution architecture, and custom connectors.

Hands-on experience with Azure integration services: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid.

Experience with Microsoft Fabric: Data Factory, Pipelines, Lakehouse, OneLake, dataflows, and monitoring.

Solid knowledge of integration patterns, event-driven architectures, API design, and resiliency/error-handling strategies.

Experience implementing CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub (branching strategies, packaging, automated deployments).

Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, DLP policies, and data compliance standards.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical architecture.
