We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-powered B2B SaaS platform. You will sit at the intersection of AI/LLMs, UX design, and insurance operations to deliver measurable value for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company goals and InsurTech trends.
• Product Discovery: Conduct continuous user research with insurance carriers and adjusters to solve high-impact operational pain points.
• AI Product Delivery: Partner closely with ML engineers to define specs for LLM capabilities, document processing, and automated reasoning models.
• Execution & Delivery: Lead the cross-functional squad (Engineering, Design, Product) to ship features with clear user stories and success metrics.
• GTM & Adoption: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to launch features, drive enterprise onboarding, and boost platform retention.
• Metrics & Analytics: Track core product KPIs (Straight-Through Processing rates, Cycle Time, CSAT, and ROI).

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS (preferably in AI, DeepTech, or Data Platforms).
• AI/ML Native: Hands-on experience taking AI/LLM products to production (handling accuracy, hallucinations, and human-in-the-loop workflows).
• Enterprise Focus: Proven track record building enterprise workflows, API integrations, and complex B2B software.
• English Proficiency: Advanced / Fluent (C1+) for international clients and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in InsurTech, Fintech, LegalTech, or Document Processing (OCR/IDP).
• Background in early-stage or high-growth tech startups.
