Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the definition, strategy, and delivery of digital products in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product management, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder alignment, along with knowledge of insurance workflows and billing systems. This role requires a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog using frameworks such as RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort).

  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and iteration management.

  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Design, Business).

  • Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Plan and coordinate product releases and delivery timelines.

  • Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog tracking and team collaboration.

  • Drive data-informed decision making using metrics, analytics, and user feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in technology-driven environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile product development methodologies.

  • Experience with backlog management, roadmap planning, and prioritization frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).

  • Strong skills in requirements gathering and user story definition.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the insurance industry, including:

    • Policy lifecycle

    • Underwriting

    • Claims management

    • Billing operations

  • Knowledge of invoicing, billing cycles, and payment reconciliation systems.

  • Experience working with financial or transactional products.
