The Opportunity

We’re seeking a seasoned Product Designer to shape a new generation of AI-enabled digital experiences for a large-scale platform used by professionals to manage critical day-to-day work.

You’ll design intelligent interactions that allow people to complete complex tasks more naturally and efficiently—whether through written input, speech, visual interfaces, or mobile touchpoints. The work spans both customer-facing products and the internal systems that help teams deliver exceptional service.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning emerging technology into useful, trustworthy, and polished experiences.

What You’ll Work On

• Create end-to-end experiences for AI-powered features across responsive web and mobile applications.
• Design natural ways for users to interact with intelligent systems through text, speech, visuals, and touch.
• Establish reusable patterns, principles, and frameworks that bring consistency to AI interactions across products.
• Translate ambiguous, high-impact workflows into clear journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and key stakeholders to define problems, test ideas, and deliver effective solutions.
• Plan and support user research and validation activities; turn feedback and product signals into actionable design improvements.
• Produce prototypes and clear interaction examples that help teams align on how experiences should behave.
• Consider people’s needs alongside technical possibilities and business goals to create solutions that are practical and valuable.
• Contribute to the evolution of AI design practices, tools, and capabilities across the design organization.
• Monitor developments in AI and digital product design to identify meaningful opportunities for innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated work on AI-enabled, automation-driven, voice-based, or complex digital products.
• A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of modern AI concepts, including language models, machine learning, natural language processing, or prompt design.
• Proven ability to make complicated processes feel simple, clear, and intuitive.
• Experience designing tools for operational teams, service organizations, internal users, or complex business workflows.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions.
• Confidence collaborating across disciplines and communicating design rationale to both peers and senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and current AI-assisted design tools.
• Experience designing high-quality experiences for both desktop and mobile environments.
