Job Description:

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will build and lead company´s entire revenue

engineincluding sales, marketing alignment, outbound strategies, enterprise pipelines,

partnerships, and revenue operations. This executive will drive predictable growth, open

enterprise doors, enable productized AI/data solutions, and elevate the company to its next

revenue tier.

The CGO reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full revenue strategy: new business, upsell/cross-sell, channel partnerships,

and GTM execution.

Build and lead a US-based outbound revenue organization: SDRs, Enterprise AEs,

and RevOps.

Create and scale a predictable enterprise pipeline with deal sizes of $300K$3M.

Develop the GTM strategy for AI/Data productized offerings and modernization

services.

Oversee marketing alignment across messaging, positioning, demand generation,

content, and events.

Expand company´s presence in strategic US markets such as Miami, NYC, and Austin.

Build a performance-driven revenue culture supported by quarterly OKRs and KPIs.

Lead enterprise negotiations and close deals with C-level executives.

Collaborate directly with the CEO.

Requirements

8+ years selling technology services or enterprise software in the US market.

Proven track record closing $1M+ enterprise or mid-market deals.

Experience managing SDR and AE teams and building outbound programs.

Comfortable working in high-growth, founder-led, international environments.

Deep understanding of modernization, cloud, data, and AI-driven services.

Strong industry network in fintech, banking, retail, QSR, logistics, healthcare, or

sports (a plus).
