What were looking for

We are looking for a Sr. Salesforce Administrator responsible for optimizing, maintaining, and strategically managing our Salesforce ecosystem to support seamless and efficient quote-to-cash processes, data integrity, and strong cross-functional workflows. This role ensures the Salesforce platform supports operational excellence and enables teams across the business to work efficiently with accurate, reliable data and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

Salesforce System Management & Governance

  • Own the Salesforce platform, including implementation, ongoing administration, and long-term roadmap execution.
  • Implement and manage integrated quote-to-cash processes, flows, process builders, external applications, managed packages, API usage, OAuth configurations, and third-party integrations.
  • Ensure system security, best practices, and long-term reliability of Salesforce configurations.

Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Serve as a guardian of Salesforce data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to create and optimize reports, dashboards, and data views within Salesforce.
  • Ensure clean and accurate Salesforce data is passed to the centralized BI platform.

Process Optimization & Documentation

  • Partner with the Knowledge Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce processes and configurations.
  • Identify and eliminate duplicated efforts and misaligned processes within Salesforce workflows.
  • Establish and streamline workflows to support Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue FP&A, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure Salesforce alignment and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with teams to define and build departmental dashboards and reports using Salesforce data.
  • Lead change management when new Salesforce processes or tools are introduced, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar strategic operational role focused on Salesforce platform optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security, and data modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize and document complex cross-functional processes within Salesforce.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience driving Salesforce-related process improvements and change management initiatives.

  • English Level: Fluent (C1/C2) is mandatory.
  • Reside in Buenos Aires or nearby.
  • Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings or team events.
