As a Scrum Master, you will participate in all aspects of the software

development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design,

implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application

developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will

take direction from Project Managers, Solution Architects and Leads on

development and testing activities.

Responsibilities
 ⁠ Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Project Manager,
Solution Architects, Product Managers, and QA leadership to translate
business objectives into technical strategies and high-quality solutions.
 Act as a servant leader, supporting and guiding the team in following
Scrum practices and principles.
 Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning,
sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and
focused on delivering value.
 Coach the team to improve their Agile maturity, promoting continuous
improvement and collaboration.
 Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress, ensuring they can
work efficiently and without distraction.
 Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is
well-defined, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.
 Support the team in achieving Sprint goals by helping to break down
large tasks and guiding them in managing their workload.
 Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, encouraging open
communication and feedback.

 Monitor and report on team performance and velocity, making
recommendations for improvement.
 Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders,
ensuring alignment and that expectations are managed.
 Promote the use of Agile best practices and work with other teams to
improve overall Agile processes across the organization.
 Lead by example and support team members in being self-organizing
and taking ownership of their work.

Qualifications
 ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership
role.
 Strong understanding and experience with Scrum and Agile
methodologies.
 Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively, ensuring all team
members are engaged and processes run smoothly.
 Proven experience in removing blockers and helping teams become
more efficient in their delivery.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster
collaboration and manage conflicts, with solid experience working in
global teams.
 Strong coaching skills, with the ability to guide teams toward continuous
improvement.
 Experience working with cross-functional teams and understanding of
technical and business aspects of the product.
 Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional
Scrum Master (PSM)) are required.
 Strong expertise using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello,
VersionOne) is a must.
 Experience with using AI assistants and integrating LLM-based features
into enterprise systems is a plus.
 Exceptional bilingual communication skills, with the ability to articulate
technical and non-technical concepts to stakeholders.
