About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior QA Accessibility Automation Engineer to lead accessibility testing efforts across multiple sub-products. This role requires hands-on expertise in accessibility tools and automation, strong Agile QA delivery experience, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be instrumental in driving accessibility best practices and ensuring inclusive digital experiences for all users.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead small-sized QA accessibility teams (23 members) across multiple sub-products, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive in-sprint QA delivery using Agile methodologies and participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
  • Perform manual accessibility testing using tools such as Axe DevTools, ARC Toolkit, NVDA, Color Contrast Analyzer, and Accessibility Insights for Web.
  • Develop and maintain accessibility automation frameworks using Axe DevTools integrated with Java, Playwright, or Python.
  • Collaborate closely with accessibility owners, clients, Engineering Managers, and development teams to ensure accessibility goals are met.
  • Promote and implement accessibility practices across client and development teams, fostering awareness and engagement.
  • Use Jira and Confluence for comprehensive test management, defect tracking, and maintaining traceability throughout the QA lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers on accessibility standards and testing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with a focus on the automotive domain.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript for automation.
  • Proven experience in mobile testing using BrowserStack or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and QA delivery in Agile environments.
  • Experience with AI-assisted QA tools, including GitHub Copilot for automation support.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for test management, defect tracking, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
