Senior Financial Analyst FP&A (Contractor via Deel)

Locations: Argentina / Uruguay / Mexico Remote
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Contract: Long-term via Deel (monthly renewals)
Language: English fluency required

The Role

Join the Finance team to drive budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and decision support. Build and maintain models, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver clear insights to leadership.

What Youll Do

  • Build, maintain, and improve financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis (Excel & Google Sheets)

  • Support monthly close reporting, including variance analysis and management reporting

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities

  • Develop and deliver KPI dashboards at market/region level using non-financial data where relevant

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize and improve FP&A processes

  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisions

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or similar analytical finance roles

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting (required)

  • Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (power user level)

  • Financial modeling and strong analytical skills (mandatory)

  • Solid grasp of accounting principles and financial statement analysis

  • Experience synthesizing large datasets into concise insights

  • English: fluent, spoken and written

  • Work authorization in Argentina, Uruguay, or Mexico

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with U.S. Real Estate  companies/teams and multinational environments

  • Tools exposure: NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, Power BI, Tableau

  • Experience with revenue tracking vs. budget, long-term plans, OPEX, EBITDA, cash flow, and financial due diligence

Technical Knowledge the Candidate Should Demonstrate

  • Gross Profit = Revenue Cost of Revenue (COGS)

  • Gross Margin = Gross Profit ÷ Revenue

  • EBITDA = Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation & Amortization

    • Practical view: EBITDA Gross Profit Operating Expenses (excluding Interest, Taxes, D&A), adjusting for other income/expenses if applicable

  • EBITDA Margin = EBITDA ÷ Revenue

  • Ability to compute and interpret Operating Profit Margin, Gross Margin, and YoY fluctuations
