Senior Financial Analyst FP&A (Contractor via Deel)
Locations: Argentina / Uruguay / Mexico Remote
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Contract: Long-term via Deel (monthly renewals)

The Role
Join the Finance team to drive budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and decision support. Build and maintain models, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver clear insights to leadership.
What Youll Do

Build, maintain, and improve financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis (Excel & Google Sheets)

Support monthly close reporting, including variance analysis and management reporting

Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
-
Develop and deliver KPI dashboards at market/region level using non-financial data where relevant
-
Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize and improve FP&A processes

Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisions
Must-Have Qualifications

4+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or similar analytical finance roles
-
Degree in Finance or Accounting (required)

Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (power user level)

Financial modeling and strong analytical skills (mandatory)

Solid grasp of accounting principles and financial statement analysis

Experience synthesizing large datasets into concise insights

English: fluent, spoken and written

Work authorization in Argentina, Uruguay, or Mexico

Experience working with U.S. Real Estate companies/teams and multinational environments

Tools exposure: NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, Power BI, Tableau

Experience with revenue tracking vs. budget, long-term plans, OPEX, EBITDA, cash flow, and financial due diligence

Ability to compute and interpret Operating Profit Margin, Gross Margin, and YoY fluctuations
