We are looking for a Billing Implementation Coordinator to join an international technology company focused on Healthcare SaaS solutions.

This role will play a key part in client onboarding, billing implementations, clearinghouse configurations, and operational coordination across internal teams and external platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with experience in billing operations, revenue cycle management, and healthcare technology environments. You should feel comfortable managing multiple priorities while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding and billing implementation processes.
  • Configure and manage clearinghouse integrations and payment platforms.
  • Handle EDI/ERA enrollment workflows and administrative configurations.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and go-live activities.
  • Deliver client training sessions related to billing workflows and claims processing.
  • Troubleshoot billing, claims submission, and payment processing issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, implementation progress, and issue resolution.
  • Manage multiple concurrent client implementations while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and customer experience.

🧠 Required Qualifications

✅ Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in billing implementation, revenue cycle operations, or client onboarding.
  • Experience working in Healthcare SaaS, EHR, or healthcare technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience with medical billing clearinghouses and EDI/ERA workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.

💻 Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with medical billing workflows and revenue cycle management.
  • Experience with clearinghouses and payment processing platforms.
  • Experience using ticketing and collaboration tools such as Jira, TeamSupport, or similar.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools including Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, or Google Meet.
  • Comfortable working with administrative portals and third-party platforms.
  • Experience with EHR systems or healthcare software is strongly preferred.
