We are seeking an exceptional Sales Account Executive with proven SaaS experience and an established customer network. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth across our Software Development and Talent as a Service (TaaS) offerings. Youll be a strategic sales professional who can build lasting relationships with enterprise clients while consistently exceeding sales targets in a growing and competitive market.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new enterprise clients for software development and talent augmentation services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through strategic account planning.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in target verticals (fintech, healthcare, education, technology).
  • Prepare compelling business cases and executive-level presentations.

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels within client companies.
  • Conduct account reviews and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with client business challenges.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in software development and talent services.
  • Provide market feedback to leadership for product and service evolution.
  • Represent the client at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

️ What You'll Need to Succeed (Requirements)

Experience & Background

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • 3+ years selling software development services or tech consulting to enterprise clients.
  • Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales with deal sizes of $500K+.
  • Experience with Talent as a Service or staff augmentation sales is highly preferred.
  • Established network within target industries and C-level decision-makers.
  • Having your own active client portfolio or business relationships is a strong plus, as it will accelerate engagement and go-to-market efforts.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong consultative selling skills with ability to address complex client needs.
  • Proven record of closing large deals and consistently achieving targets.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive engagement.
  • CRM expertise and accurate sales forecasting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.

Technical Understanding

  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
  • Understanding of cloud, AI/ML, and digital transformation concepts.
  • Knowledge of staff augmentation and nearshoring models.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions with both business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 or enterprise-level clients.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of Latin American nearshoring market dynamics.
