AI Engineer (Argentina - Uruguay - Brasil: (Con español e inglés avanzado)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join a fast-growing startup based in Uruguay, focused on building innovative solutions using cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence technologies. Youll work on challenging projects alongside highly motivated professionals passionate about applied AI and modern software development.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end machine learning projects integrating state-of-the-art solutions.
• Design and implement complex architectures for AI-powered systems.
• Proactively propose new tools, methodologies, and technical approaches.
• Develop and optimize NLP, generative models (image, video), and tracking systems on edge devices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable, production-grade AI systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Hands-on experience with NLP or LLMs.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Team player with strong problem-solving and continuous-learning mindset.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
