1.  6 to 8 years of experience in data engineering or platform development
2.  Multiple Databricks certifications (Associate + Professional recommended)
3.  Expertise in Databricks Lakehouse architecture and Unity Catalog governance
4.  Deep experience with Databricks on AWS and/or Azure, including enterprise-scale deployments
5.  Strong architectural thinking and platform design experience
6.  Familiarity with data mesh, data contracts, and domain-oriented design
7.  Experience leading agile teams and managing delivery pipelines
8.  Knowledge of platform security, compliance, and cost governance
9.  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
10.  Ability to mentor across teams and influence technical direction
