Position Overview

The Dynamics Customer Insights Journeys Solution Architect is a key technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. This role collaborates with business stakeholders, IT teams, and clients to deliver tailored customer engagement experiences, drive digital transformation, and ensure the successful adoption of Dynamics Customer Insights Journeys across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

Solution Design: Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Implementation Leadership: Oversee the deployment and configuration of Dynamics Customer Insights Journeys, including data integration, process automation, and campaign orchestration.

Technical Expertise: Provide deep product knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Power Platform, and related Azure services; guide teams on best practices for data modeling, segmentation, and personalization.

Customization and Integration: Architect custom solutions and integrations with other Microsoft and third-party platforms to extend functionality and enable seamless data flow.

Quality Assurance: Define and implement testing strategies to validate solution integrity, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.

Training and Enablement: Deliver workshops, documentation, and training sessions to empower users and administrators on platform capabilities and usage.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor solution adoption, analyze performance metrics, and recommend enhancements to maximize business value and customer engagement.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Masters preferred).

5+ years of experience in solution architecture or consulting, with a focus on CRM, marketing automation, or customer data platforms.

Expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys and related Microsoft cloud technologies.

Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integrations using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other API-based services.

Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, analytics, and customer journey orchestration.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are highly desirable.

Knowledge of privacy, compliance, and security standards in customer data management.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior architects or consultants.
