Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer (B2B SaaS)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly technical, customer-facing Senior Sales Engineer to act as the primary technical authority throughout our sales lifecycle. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering capabilities and business value, partnering daily with our US Go-To-Market (GTM) team to sell into high-growth US and international accounts.

The ideal candidate possesses deep hands-on expertise in integrations, data models, and identity management, moving well beyond basic "demo polish" to confidently navigate deep technical vetting with prospects’ IT and security reviewers.

Key Information:

  • Location: Remote (Based in LatAm or LatAm talent relocated to the EU with US Eastern Time zone overlap). Argentina Highly Preferred
  • Compensation: Competitive (Based on experience and alignment).

Core Responsibilities

  • Technical Deal Leadership: Serve as the designated technical lead during the sales cycle, owning the technical strategy to successfully close complex B2B mid-market and enterprise deals.
  • Architecture & Solutions Consulting: Scope, design, and articulate how our highly configurable, integration-heavy SaaS platform securely sits at the center of a customer’s daily enterprise workflow.
  • Technical Vetting & Security Reviews: Hold your own against prospective IT directors, security teams, and enterprise architects, effectively addressing complex questions around compliance, identity, and data schemas.
  • Product Storytelling & Demos: Deliver high-impact, tailored live product demonstrations that translate complex technical functionality into compelling business narratives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with US GTM squads, Product Management, and Engineering teams to feed market insights back into the product roadmap.

Required Technical Skills & Sourcing Profile

1. Pre-Sales & SaaS Experience

  • Proven Track Record: 3+ years of professional experience working as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Solutions Architect within the B2B SaaS ecosystem.
  • Workflow Platform Context: Deep understanding of how buyers evaluate heavily configured platforms that manage daily operational workflows (e.g., CRM, Project/Work Management, Marketing Operations, or integration-centric architectures).
  • Global Market Exposure: Demonstrated experience selling remotely into US and international markets.

2. Hard Technical Competencies

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM): Genuine fluency and hands-on understanding of enterprise security concepts, including SSO, SAML, Okta, and Azure AD.
  • Integrations & Data Flow: Deep practical understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and complex data models. You must be comfortable whiteboarding system connections and data flows.
  • Security & Architecture: Ability to read technical documentation and address infrastructure/security compliance questionnaires.

Preferred Qualifications (Priority Signals & Bonuses)

  • Experience working within Event Tech, MarTech, or CRM verticals.
  • Proven experience as an early Sales Engineering hire, helping build or structure a pre-sales function from the ground up.
  • Exceptional technical storytelling capabilities and presence during high-stakes presentations.
