We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Lead / Product Owner / Program Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives. The ideal candidate combines delivery leadership, product ownership, program management, and a strong technical background in software engineering, architecture, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software programs. Manage product roadmaps and priorities. Oversee governance, budgeting, reporting, risks, and dependencies. Partner with executive stakeholders and clients. Lead multidisciplinary technology teams.

Required Experience

12+ years in software delivery, program management, or technology leadership. 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise programs. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience. Experience managing multiple Agile teams.

Technical Background

.NET/C#, Java, Software Architecture, Azure/AWS/GCP, APIs and Integration, Microservices, DevOps & CI/CD, Application Modernization, and Digital Transformation initiatives. Hands-on coding is not required, but the candidate must be able to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.

Certifications Preferred

Education

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Master degree preferred.

Advanced English (C1+) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
