Salesforce / CRM Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce / CRM Architect to design, improve, and support scalable CRM solutions across Salesforce and related enterprise platforms. This senior technical leader will head CRM architecture, systems integration, data modeling, security design, and technical solution planning. The ideal candidate possesses deep Salesforce experience, understands enterprise-grade CRM strategy, and works fluidly across business, product, IT, administration, and development teams.

Key Information:

  • Location: Argentina (Remote or Hybrid).

  • Schedule: Full-time (EST time zone overlap preferred ).

  • Experience Level: 5 to 7+ years in specialized architecture and design roles.

Core Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design

  • End-to-End Design: Architect comprehensive Salesforce and CRM systems aligned with business requirements, platform standards, and long-term scalability goals.

  • Multi-Cloud Leadership: Lead solution design across key Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Technical Specifications: Translate complex business objectives into scalable CRM solutions, rigorous technical specifications, and clear implementation roadmaps.

2. Data Modeling, Integrations & Governance

  • System Integration: Architect robust connections between Salesforce and external applications utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, middleware frameworks, ETL tools, and third-party ecosystems.

  • Data & Security Governance: Define and maintain data models, security frameworks, sharing models, role-based access controls, and platform governance guidelines.

  • Data Lifecycle: Support data migration strategies, environment management, system upgrades, release planning, and automated deployment coordination.

3. Engineering Quality & Team Mentorship

  • Technical Guidance: Provide architectural mentorship and clarity to developers, administrators, analysts, and project teams during delivery cycles.

  • Code & Configuration Reviews: Audit Salesforce declarative configurations, custom workflows, automation scripts, and Apex/LWC code for performance, maintainability, and scalability.

  • Platform Evolution: Lead optimization initiatives focused on process efficiency, advanced workflow automation, and user experience enhancements.

Required Qualifications (Hard Skills)

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.

  • Professional Journey: 5 to 7+ years of verified experience in Salesforce architecture, CRM solution design, and enterprise implementation.

  • Salesforce Customization: Deep capability across both declarative configuration and programmatic development (Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce).

  • Integration & Web Services: Hands-on mastery of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware systems, and ETL tooling.

  • Platform Security: Thorough understanding of Salesforce security protocols, sharing rules, permission sets, profiles, and access control models.

  • Leadership & Influence: Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and technical leadership.

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)

  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA) certifications are highly desired.

  • Additional Certifications: Specialized credentials in Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Clouds, or Integration Architecture.

  • Ecosystem Diversity: Experience managing CRM software platforms beyond Salesforce.

  • Methodologies: Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or fast-paced modern delivery environments.

  • Scale: Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation or cloud modernization programs.
