We are seeking a dependable and self-directed Full Stack Developer to maintain, enhance, and scale a secure multi-tenant web application that supports AI-driven project tracking and executive-level reporting.

This role requires strong ownership, attention to security and data integrity, and the ability to maintain a stable production environment while continuously improving the platform. The developer will work during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours and report directly to the Director of AI Strategy Alignment.

• Experience maintaining Git repositories with structured commits.
• Experience setting up automated backups and verifying recovery processes.
• Familiarity with uptime monitoring and production stability practices.
• Strong written communication and ability to provide detailed time estimates before work begins.
• Discipline in time tracking and documentation.

• Experience integrating meeting recording or transcription APIs.
• Experience building executive dashboards or internal reporting systems.
• Familiarity with GDPR principles and California privacy law requirements.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities):

• Maintain platform stability and resolve bugs.
• Manage and maintain a staging environment that mirrors production.
• Deploy tested and approved updates to production.
• Implement ongoing feature improvements and larger integration projects.
• Ensure strict multi-tenant data isolation and security compliance.
• Maintain automated daily database backups and verify data recovery capability.
• Implement and monitor daily staging-to-production database sync.
• Respond to internal tickets within 24 hours.
• Document release notes for every production deployment.
• Monitor uptime and respond quickly to availability issues.
• Provide detailed written estimates for non-routine work before beginning development.
• Log all time accurately and descriptively.
• Test all work before marking complete and never deploy untested changes.
