Job Description:

Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Agentic Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, making decisions, and executing actions with minimal human intervention.

This role sits at the intersection of Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, and enterprise software development. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of agentic AI solutions, from architecture and prototyping to production deployment and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Design & Development

  • Design and implement single-agent and multi-agent AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and tool usage.

  • Develop and deploy LLM-powered agentic solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or Semantic Kernel.

  • Build and maintain memory architectures for AI agents, including short-term working memory and long-term knowledge retrieval.

  • Implement context and state management systems to maintain continuity across multi-turn interactions and complex workflows.

AI Systems & Integrations

  • Integrate agents with enterprise tools, APIs, and data systems.

  • Implement tool calling, function execution, and agent orchestration patterns.

  • Build scalable architectures supporting distributed agent systems.

Deployment & Optimization

  • Deploy and maintain AI solutions in production environments ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

  • Monitor agent performance and continuously improve models, prompts, and workflows.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business needs into intelligent automation solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 3–5+ years of software engineering experience

  • 2+ years working with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies

  • Experience delivering at least one production-ready Agentic AI solution

  • Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.)

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python

  • Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript (nice to have)

  • Experience with agent frameworks:

    • LangChain

    • LangGraph

    • CrewAI

    • AutoGen / AutoGPT

    • Semantic Kernel

  • Experience with vector databases:

    • Pinecone

    • Weaviate

    • ChromaDB

    • Azure Cognitive Search

  • Strong understanding of:

    • LLM architectures

    • Prompt engineering and chain-of-thought prompting

    • Function / tool calling patterns

    • State management patterns

    • Distributed systems

    • REST APIs and asynchronous programming

  • Experience working with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP

  • Familiarity with containerization technologies: Docker and Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, or multi-agent systems

  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)

  • Background in Human-AI interaction design or conversational UX

  • Experience developing AI solutions in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, legal)

  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or a portfolio of agent-based systems

  • Experience with fine-tuning, RLHF, or model evaluation frameworks
