What were looking for
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to serve as a hands-on, consultative specialist responsible for onboarding new customers from contract signature through operational set-up and historical data completion. This role works directly with customers to configure accounts, optimize financial workflows across systems, and ensure customers achieve desired business outcomes through timely and high-quality implementation.
Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding Execution
Act as a hands-on onboarding specialist, guiding customers through training, account configuration, and operational setup to go-live.
Lead the migration of historical data from disparate systems into the platform by cleansing, transforming, and preparing data for use.
Provide expertise in subscription analytics, revenue recognition accounting, invoicing processes, and payments workflows to help customers realize business value.
Consultative Problem Solving
Identify and resolve complex issues relating to financial operations and workflow optimization across multiple SaaS systems.
Guide customers in interpreting reporting and analytics to create business clarity and support decision-making.
Help customers become platform champions through excellent execution and product mastery.
Best Practices & Continuous Improvement
Strive to continuously improve personal skills and implementation practices.
Demonstrate and share best practices that improve onboarding efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required
2+ years of experience with ERP implementation, preferably at a SaaS company.
2+ years in a customer-facing role, such as account management or customer success.
2+ years of experience in manipulating and cleansing large volumes of data.
Experience managing projects and leading meetings via web conference and phone.
Takes complete ownership of projects with a strong attention to detail.
Capable of managing multiple onboarding projects with poise and focus.
Demonstrates systematic troubleshooting abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Shows a technical inclination with a desire to develop software expertise.
Eager to learn, grow, and adapt within a dynamic company environment.
Displays a proactive, results-driven approach with a commitment to meeting customer and market needs.
Motivated to make a critical impact on customers and directly contribute to company success.
Nice to have
Background in accounting or finance is highly valued.
Experience with data manipulation and cleansing, with a preference for those who have worked with large data sets.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
Experience in implementing B2B SaaS solutions or integrating workflows across multiple B2B SaaS products is preferred.
Others
English Level: Fluent (C1/C2) is mandatory.
Reside in Buenos Aires or nearby.
Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings or team events.
