AI Recruiting Operations Specialist
The Role
This is not a traditional recruiting role.
Our platform uses AI agents to source, engage, and qualify thousands of candidates every week. Your role is to supervise and optimize these AI-driven workflows—stepping in when human judgment is required and ensuring the overall recruiting system runs smoothly.
Instead of manually sourcing candidates or sending outreach, you will operate as the human layer on top of an AI-native recruiting engine. Youll monitor candidate conversations, handle complex scenarios, improve agent performance, and help close hires that require a personal touch.
Think of this role as air traffic control for AI-powered recruiting: overseeing high-volume pipelines while intervening strategically when necessary.
As the company scales, youll also help define what AI-native recruiting operations looks like in practice.

What You'll Do
Supervise AI Recruiting Pipelines
Monitor live candidate interactions handled by AI agents, identify issues, and step in when human intervention is required.
Handle High-Judgment Conversations
Take ownership of critical moments such as:

Senior candidate conversations

Compensation discussions

Final-stage candidate engagement
Improve AI Agent Performance
Review AI-generated messages, label high-quality vs. low-quality outputs, and provide examples that improve the systems behavior.
Quality Control at Scale
Audit candidate matches, outreach quality, and funnel performance across thousands of weekly candidate touchpoints.
Close Candidates
Support candidates through final interview stages, manage offer discussions, and ensure successful placements.
Build the Operational Playbook
Document best practices, develop SOPs, and help design how humans and AI collaborate in recruiting workflows.
Growth Path

Who You Are
Comfortable Working with AI
You regularly use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI systems and understand both their capabilities and limitations.
Strong Judgment
You can quickly evaluate AI-generated messages and recognize whether they are effective, awkward, or incorrect.
Strong People Skills
When candidates require a human conversation, you can understand their real concerns and respond effectively.
Detail-Oriented Under High Volume
You can monitor multiple pipelines simultaneously while identifying subtle issues in conversations or workflows.

Nice to Have
