Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to own and lead a strategic client account within a distributed technology team supporting U.S.-based projects. This role is ideal for a highly organized, execution-focused professional who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing complex delivery environments.

You will act as the primary delivery lead and main point of contact, connecting stakeholders across engineering, design, data, AI, and leadership teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. This position requires strong experience in SaaS environments, cross-functional coordination, and roadmap-driven execution with evolving priorities and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project execution for a client account, acting as the primary point of contact.

  • Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery tracking across Engineering, UI/UX, Data, and AI initiatives.

  • Translate business objectives into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks (e.g. design handoffs, QA gaps, data readiness).

  • Maintain delivery visibility through dashboards, status reports, and stakeholder communications.

  • Coordinate releases and demos, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and expectations.

  • Enforce delivery processes and agile ceremonies while balancing speed and quality.

  • Partner with leadership on roadmap planning, capacity management, and prioritization decisions.

  • Ensure adherence to company standards for quality, security, and data governance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Senior PM, or Delivery Lead in software development environments.

  • Proven experience leading SaaS product delivery with active users and continuous feature development.

  • Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban).

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design, Data, AI).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams with complex dependencies.

  • Excellent communication skills, including interaction with executives and external stakeholders.

  • Strong proficiency with delivery and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Git-based workflows, dashboards).

  • Ability to operate autonomously and drive clarity in fast-moving, dynamic environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data-driven or analytics-heavy platforms.

  • Exposure to AI-enabled features or LLM-based products.

  • Background in regulated or compliance-sensitive domains.

  • PMO experience (delivery health reporting, capacity planning, KPI tracking).

  • Familiarity with SaaS subscription models or enterprise customer environments.
