SAP Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – OTC Functional Tester

Role Overview

We are seeking three (3) SAP BSA Functional Testers on a staff augmentation basis to accelerate UAT script writing and end-to-end scenario development for order-to-cash finance systems. This engagement is a contract-to-hire opportunity based on performance outcomes, with potential expansion in early 2027.

Key Position Details

  • Role Type: Functional Tester (Order-to-Cash)
  • Location: Mexico preferred (open to broader LATAM)
  • Work Schedule: Must align with US Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
  • Language Requirement: Fluent/Business English (Required)
  • Engagement Type: Contract-to-Hire (Staff Augmentation)

Key Responsibilities

  • UAT Test Scripting: Write, refine, and execute comprehensive UAT scenarios and test scripts for end-to-end order-to-cash workflows.
  • End-to-End Scenario Testing: Validate financial and operational processes spanning order capture, SAP synchronization, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
  • Process Coverage: Test core functional areas including order processing, billing, invoicing, Accounts Receivable (AR), and credit management.
  • Results Reporting: Organize, track, and potentially build dashboards to display UAT execution results to broader business and technical audiences.
  • Cross-System Validation: Execute testing across primary in-house systems (quoting, ordering, subscription management) and their integration with SAP.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • Role Focus: Strong background as a Functional SAP OTC Tester (non-technical, non-developer role).
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle.
  • SAP Knowledge: Fundamental functional understanding of SAP OTC modules and finance integrations.
  • Testing Expertise: Proven experience in UAT scenario development, end-to-end test execution, and test scripting.
  • Languages: Advanced conversational and written English.

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Testing Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with UiPath (or familiarity with Tricentis).
  • Data Visualization: Experience building reporting dashboards to visualize testing progress and UAT metrics.
  • Industry Context: Experience with in-house subscription management, quoting, and ordering platforms.
