Role Overview
Act as a key operational owner of Salesforce, ensuring stability, scalability, and data integrity in a high-growth environment. This role goes beyond ticket resolution, focusing on proactively identifying risks, optimizing processes, and maintaining platform reliability as usage expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day Salesforce support across multiple business units
- Manage complex data operations (bulk uploads, data corrections, audits)
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance standards are maintained
- Handle user provisioning, permissions, and access controls
- Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements or safeguards
- Collaborate with Admins, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams on releases and integrations
What We're Looking For
- +7 years of experience working with Salesforce
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud
- Advanced Excel skills and solid experience in CRM data management
- Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred)
- English: C1 (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to anticipate risks and operate effectively under pressure
