SR Product Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Level 2) to act as the Product Owner for Conversational AI within our IVR platforms. In this role, you will lead the technical and functional evolution of our telephony systems, transforming traditional IVR setups into intelligent, voice-driven conversational experiences. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to production, bridging the gap between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customer experience goals.

- Location: Remote (Open to candidates in Argentina and Uruguay).

Core Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Conversational AI Implementation
- System Evolution: Analyze current-state IVR systems to identify automation gaps, optimization areas, and opportunities for integration with AI capabilities.
- Discovery & POCs: Define, scope, and validate complex Conversational AI use cases, leading the end-to-end execution of Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Production Deployment: Oversee the lifecycle of deploying conversational voice solutions into high-scale production environments.
2. Agile Product Ownership & Backlog Management
- Scrum Leadership: Act as the dedicated Product Owner within cross-functional Scrum/Agile delivery units.
- Backlog Engineering: Author, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories, technical specifications, and robust acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary strategic nexus between executive stakeholders, operations, and technical engineering squads.
3. Analytics, Metrics & Iteration
- Performance Tracking: Define, measure, and analyze core IVR and AI performance metrics (e.g., containment rates, intent recognition accuracy, customer satisfaction).
- Continuous Improvement: Capture user feedback and behavioral data to run iterative loops, enhancing the intelligence and natural flow of the voice platforms.
Required Qualifications (Hard Skills)
- Professional Journey: Proven experience operating as a Product Owner (PO) or Product Manager (PM) managing high-availability software platforms.
- Telephony & IVR Domain: Solid, verifiable background designing or managing Telephony Systems and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) architectures.
- Conversational AI Core: Direct, hands-on experience successfully implementing Conversational AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Intelligent Voice Assistants in live production environments.
- Methodologies: Expert-level mastery of Agile and Scrum frameworks, ceremonies, and product management delivery tools.
