Required Skills

• Strong expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and prompt engineering (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, semantic kernels).
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents with reasoning, planning, memory, and tool usage.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Azure/OpenAI).
• Familiarity with banking and insurance processes, data models, compliance, and risk workflows.
• Experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Good to Have

• Experience with GenAI copilots, decision automation, and knowledge graphs.
