Senior Software Engineer (Golang) — Remote

What You Would Be Doing

  • Leading the technical design and delivery of projects that require close collaboration with multiple engineers
  • Architecting end-to-end workflows to modernize real estate transaction systems, rather than simply maintaining existing features
  • Migrating complex, legacy transaction systems into a unified, modern architecture
  • Designing and implementing microservices that are well-tested, fault-tolerant, and scalable
  • Working with event-driven systems and server-to-server communication protocols
  • Collaborating within a modern CI/CD and Git-based workflow

What We Are Looking For

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Golang (required)
  • Fluent English proficiency (required)
  • Solid experience in system design, particularly leading technical design across multi-engineer projects (required)
  • Preferred: experience in full-stack roles or with frontend technologies (Angular, React)
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools in real delivery environments (e.g., Claude Code, CLAUDE.md project configuration, custom skills)
  • Experience with Node.js / TypeScript frameworks
  • Familiarity with gRPC, Thrift, or other server-to-server communication protocols
  • Experience with Kafka or other event-driven systems
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS or other cloud technologies
  • Comfort working with modern CI/CD tooling and collaborative Git-based workflows
