We are looking for a Google Workspace Deployment Technical Lead / DevOps Engineer (Semi-Senior to Senior level) to define, architect, and execute a large-scale enterprise migration strategy from Office 365 (O365) to Google Workspace. This role acts as a customer-facing technical consultant responsible for the end-to-end deployment, secure configuration, data migration, and long-term administration of Google Cloud productivity ecosystems. The ideal candidate will bridge technical architecture with enterprise operations to support identity management, security, and automation.

Core Responsibilities

1. Migration Architecture & Technical Strategy

• Define the core infrastructure strategy to implement and configure large-scale user and data migrations from O365 to Google Workspace.
• Design technical architecture frameworks supporting enterprise-grade collaboration, core security setups, and tenant administration.
• Map primary and secondary domain structures, identity management architectures, and automated user provisioning strategies.

2. Deployment, Configuration & Workshop Facilitation

• Lead the deployment and hands-on configuration of core Google Workspace products (including Gmail, Calendar, Drive + Editors, Sites, Mobile Access, Chat, and Meet).
• Facilitate client workshops to establish configurations, showcase Google Admin Console roles, and provide expert advisory guidelines.
• Establish routing rules for corporate mail infrastructure, networking topologies, Chrome endpoint configurations, and mobile device management (MDM).

3. Data Migration & Security Governance

• Execute end-to-end data migrations from disparate source environments (such as OneDrive, Exchange, Box) into Google Workspace using enterprise utilities like Google Workspace Migrate.
• Provide structural security recommendations for administrative settings, access controls, and security policies within the Google Admin Console.

Required Qualifications (Hard Skills - Must-Haves)

• Consulting Experience: Proven track record in a customer-facing technical consulting or advisory engineering role.
• Google Workspace Mastery: Advanced hands-on experience in the deployment, configuration, management, and administration of Google Workspace core products and the Google Admin Console.
• Migration Expertise: Demonstrated success using Google Workspace Migrate and related engineering tools to transfer enterprise datasets from Exchange, OneDrive, and Box.
• Identity & Security Systems: Comprehensive knowledge of Identity Management architecture, User Provisioning automation, Secure Mail Routing, and cloud security governance.
• Infrastructure Operations: Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, Chrome endpoint management, and mobile fleet administration.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves / Pluses)

• Experience leveraging generative AI tools like Gemini for Workspace to optimize productivity.
• Hands-on development or automation experience utilizing low-code tools like AppSheet or Apps Script (Appscript) for custom cloud integrations.
• Google Workspace Professional certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Deployment Services Specialist or Professional Google Workspace Administrator).
